“日本橋の再生”：この場合の日本橋は、the Nihonbashi area と訳す方が自然です。「再生」は revitalization 以外では、revival、reinvigoration、rejuvenation、resuscitation などが適訳語です。

知恵を絞りたい：成句の rack one's brains（to try hard to think of something; Macmillan English Dictionary）を活用すれば良いでしょう。
