Takahiro Yamaguchi, specializing in marketing and a March 2012 graduate of the MBA Program, wrote an essay entitled Customers' Perception of Quality and Satisfaction of Bancassurance. The essay was published in the July 2012 issue of Life Insurance Management, a journal of the Institute of Life Insurance Management, and was recently selected as the 2012 Outstanding Essay(*) and a certificate of commendation was presented by Chairperson Mastuo, President of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, at the general meeting and social gathering of the Institute of Life Insurance Management on (Thu.) 21st March.
